📦 Shipment & Delivery

Shipment is free. All orders are packed with care and shipped from London, United Kingdom.
Please allow 3–5 business days for dispatch.
Each print is sent flat and protected to ensure it arrives safely.

Once your order has been shipped, it’s in the hands of the postal service — I can’t reroute or edit it after that point. Please double-check your address at checkout and reach out quickly if something looks off.
If a parcel bounces back because of an address issue, I’ll happily resend it, but a new shipping fee will apply.
In cases of loss or damage in transit, I’ll open an inquiry with the carrier and do what I can to assist, though I can’t guarantee a replacement or refund.

📄 Shop Policies

All purchases are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch, but slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the work and differences between print batches. I make every effort to ensure that product images and descriptions are accurate, though color may vary depending on your screen settings.

If you have a concern about your order, you’re welcome to reach out — while I cannot offer refunds, I will assess the issue and respond accordingly.
